your partners in planning
Thank you so much for taking the time to learn more about us. We look forward to meeting you!
Jennifer Salem, Esq.
I was raised in the Midwest and moved to Nevada to attend college at the University of Nevada, Reno. While at UNR, I joined Pi Beta Phi sorority and fostered many life-long friendships that I treasure to this day.
Following law school at the University of San Diego, I moved back to Nevada and began my legal practice in the Las Vegas office of a mid-sized law firm. As a Partner in that firm, I represented national developers in complex litigation matters.
Valerie and I worked together for a time and after we both had left, we began to talk about opening a firm where we could work with people and families to help them protect their assets and provide them with peace of mind. Origins was born from that excitement and enthusiasm.

Valerie Del Grosso, Esq.
I am a proud Las Vegas native, practicing law since 2008 representing businesses, business owners, and their families. In 2014, I struck out on my own for a more direct and personal relationship with my clients- offering faster response times, more personalized service, and flat fees.
As I got to know my clients personally, they turned to me more and more to protect the fruits of their hard work through customized estate plans. This became more than just an added service when a friend's father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at a young age. I learned about new estate planning techniques to help his family avoid losing everything to nursing home costs, and Origins Estate & Elder Planning Center was officially born.
